Payment Service
By Debit Entry - Easy and comfortable!
Customers with a German bank account can simply enter their account data in our secure shop and we will draw in the invoice total a week after shipment. Please take care that your bank account is covered. The fee for an uncovered bank account is 12 Euro. We will charge you for the uncovered account if the debit entry was refused by the bank.
Should a credit have happened in your favour because you have sent an item back, please do not oppose to our debit entry. The bank will charge us with a fee which we will turn back on you. Simply give us a note instead, we will instantly reward the amount in question.
By Money Order
You will receive the bank data for the transfer in your order confirmation. The commodity is shipped, as soon as the invoice amount is credited.
By Credit Card
You can pay simply by Paypal with your credit card. Select for it this payment option with the order procedure. You will automatically be guided to the form to enter your data.
By Cash on Delivery
With cash on delivery additional postage will be charged. In Germany at present 5.60 Euro. To Europe 8.60 Euro.
Only by Money Order with First Orders over 355,- Euro
We ask for your understanding for the fact that with a commodity value over 355,- Euro as first orders we will start shipment only after that the invoice amount is credited to our account. Our prices can only be kept, if we do not have to take losses into account. Regrettably also the cash on delivery is not as uncomplicated as desired, and we would also not like to have to wait up to 6-7 weeks for the payment of higher amounts by the DHL.
Order without Risk
30 days right of revocation!
The sales contract comes off by sending the commodity to you. Normally you have a legal right of revocation of 14 days. With Cenorx you enjoy 30 days right of revocation. You make use of it by sending the commodity back to us in original packaging, properly and break-proof packed. The food supplements must not be started. Please protect the original packaging with wrapping paper. The right of revocation is valid to all consumers in the countries of the European Union.
Your Return
Starting from a return value of 40,- Euro we will take over the postage of your return. If you live in Germany, call us and request a Freeway coupon for the return with us. Please do not send your return goods unfreely back < br>
If you do not live in Germany, please send us back the goods and first pay for the shipment. If the commodity value is over 40,- Euro, we will instantly reward the amount for postage in question. Please retain the post office voucher for proof purposes.
