Die jungen Gerstengrasblätter haben die fantastische Fähigkeit den höchsten Nährstoffanteil bis zur Knotenbildung aus dem Boden zu ziehen. Wenn die Gräser 15-25 cm hoch sind, werden sie geerntet und dann haben sie die meisten Vitamine, Mineralien und Proteine gespeichert, die für die menschliche Ernährung eigentlich unabdingbar sind. Gerstengras ist in seiner Wirkung etwas kräftiger als Weizengras. Vor allem unterscheidet es sich durch das Enzym Superoxyd Dismutase. Superoxyd Dismutase wird als das Anti-Aging Schutzenzym schlechthin bezeichnet.

Dosierung des Gerstengraspulvers:
Zur normalen, täglichen Einnahme reichen 1-3 Teelöffel Pulver in Fruchtbrei/saft oder mildem Joghurt mit Honig eingerührt. Bitte nicht erhitzen oder heißen Speisen untermischen, die Nährstoffe werden dabei zerstört. Für eine Intensivkur können ohne Bedenken 3-5 Teelöffel voll eingenommen werden.
